Affinity PR was commissioned by well-established and successful restaurateur clients to advise them on branding and PR a year ahead of the opening of their new “grab and go” eatery concept, which was launched in April 2012 in West London.
Affinity PR worked with the owners, funders and designer to research, plan and implement an agreed pre-launch PR and marketing strategy for this new brand which is designed to appeal to future national franchisees.
Affinity PR also co-delivered a staff training programme which included Customer Service Skills and Brand Immersion.
